Early Childhood Specialist, Diploma

Endearing, challenging and rewarding. As an Early Childhood Specialist, you can embrace your love for working with young children and their families providing qualified, knowledgeable and professional care as well as learning the methods and techniques to work effectively with young children.

The focus of this program is the development of young children; socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically.This program prepares graduates to respond to the ever-changing needs of parental interaction, community, a diverse society, health, and safety.

*All courses starting Fall '09 are Friday nights 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm every other weekend in the classroom, with additional online coursework required.
