Welcome to STI's IT Helpdesk!
The STI Helpdesk provides on-site hardware and technical support to all students who have an STI laptop. All other student-owned laptops will be charged a fee for support.
Or visit the IT Helpdesk in person, in the Technology Center Room 219.
The Helpdesk is open:
Monday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
