The Scarbrough Center is a licensed child care center located on the campus of Southeast Technical Institute. The Center accommodates up to 51 children from infants to school-agers and is competitively priced within the Sioux Falls area.
Scarbrough Center’s Mission
As advocates for children, our mission is to provide high quality early care and education to the children of the students and staff that attend Southeast Tech. The Center is also a Community Head Start site that provides a preschool program for 3 to 5 year olds. Call 605.367.8444 for more information.

- Ages 4 weeks-10 years
- Full Time (40 hrs.)
- 0-2 yrs. $160 per child
- 3+ yrs. $140 per child
- Part Time (30 hrs.)
- 0-2 yrs. $128 per child
- 3+ yrs. $112 per child
- Drop In Fee - $4.50 per hour

- $25 for one child and $5 for each additional child in family. (Non-refundable)
