Jacque Danielson
Jacque has been at Southeast Tech since 2005. Prior to becoming a Student Success Advisor in 2009, Jacque was an Admission Specialist/Recruiter in the Admissions Office at Southeast Tech. Jacque attended South Dakota State University and earned a BS degree in Psychology and an MS degree in Counseling and Human Resource Development with an emphasis in Student Personnel Services. As a Student Success Advisor, Jacque teaches the Student Success Seminar, advises students, and serves on various committees on campus. Jacque enjoys working with college students and helping students transition to college life at Southeast Tech.

Elizabeth Harder
After completing her BS in Political Science and Psychology and MS in Counseling and Human Development from South Dakota State University, Elizabeth provided mental health treatment in various clinical and residential settings for several years. Elizabeth then made a career change into higher education. Over the course of 14 years, she served as a judicial hearing officer, assistant director, associate director, and director within Student Services at USD. Elizabeth’s passion for working with students drew her to the Student Success Advisor position at Southeast Tech. Guiding students to be successful in school and life brings her passion to life.

Betsy Homan
Betsy joined Southeast Tech in May 2011 as an Admissions Specialist/Recruit. She is transitioning to a Student Success Advisor in July 2012. Betsy has a Business/Government degree from Augustana College and an MSAS in organizational leadership from University of South Dakota. Before joining Southeast Tech, Betsy worked in a local non-profit as the Resource Development Director writing grants and speaking to groups about various needs in our community. She enjoys working with students helping them realize their unlimited potential. In addition to teaching the Student Success Seminar, Betsy will also work with area businesses and organization to expand awareness and collaboration with the community.

Emily Olson
Emily came to Southeast Tech after working for eleven years in K-12 education as an English teacher and librarian. She has a BS Ed. in Secondary English Education and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction, both from USD, along with a Library Media endorsement. In addition to serving as a Student Success Advisor to transfer students and students in her Student Success Seminar classes, Emily works to provide library resources for all Southeast Tech students and staff.

Chelsea Reisch
Chelsea joined Southeast Tech in January 2012 as an Intern in the Student Success Center. She attended South Dakota State University where she received a BS degree in Sociology and an MS degree in Counseling and Human Resource Development with a specialization in College Student Personnel Services. Prior to joining Southeast Tech as a Student Success Advisor, Chelsea worked at SDSU in the College of Education and Human Sciences Student Services Dept. She has a passion for working with students and helping them develop, work toward, and achieve their goals as a student and in their future careers. In addition to advising students and teaching the Student Success Seminar, Chelsea also serves as Student Activities Coordinator and Student Government Association Advisor.

LaDonna Zellmer
LaDonna’s credentials include a BS in English Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and an MS in Counseling & Psychology from Northern State University. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor. Before coming to Southeast Tech in the summer of 2009, she was a high school counselor for almost 30 years. LaDonna began her career at Southeast Tech with the creation of the Student Success Center. Along with teaching the Student Success Seminar, she is responsible for advising students in areas other than academics and providing a friendly, caring place for students to have their questions answered.
