Housing Application Timeline

1. Information regarding returning to STI Housing will be distributed to current residents near the beginning of April of each year. A description of the process, Housing Contracts and Roommate Preference Forms will be delivered in hard copy to each apartment and further reminders sent via email to all resident Southeast Tech email addresses. Current residents will be given the option of signing a contract for: Summer only, Summer & Fall, Summer, Fall & Spring, Fall only, Fall & Spring
2. To ensure an assignment in STI Housing for the summer and/or fall, a signed Housing Contract and Roommate Preference Form must be returned by no later than May 1st. Requests for summer housing received after this date will be assigned based on the availability of space.
3. STI Housing Assignment Letters for the fall, including location and roommate contact information, are sent by the last week in July.
