Housing Application Timeline
  1. Information regarding returning to Southeast Tech Housing will be distributed to current residents near the beginning of March. A description of the process and housing contracts will be delivered in hard copy to each apartment and further reminders sent via email to all resident Southeast Tech email addresses. Current residents will be given the option of signing a contract for: Summer only, Summer & Fall, Summer, Fall & Spring, Fall only, Fall & Spring
  2. To ensure an assignment in Southeast Tech Housing for the summer and/or fall, a signed housing contract must be returned by the deadline indicated on the information attached to the housing contract.. Requests for summer housing received after this date will be assigned based on the availability of space.
  3. Southeast Tech Housing Assignment Letters for the fall, including location and roommate contact information, are sent by the last week in July.
