2012-2013 Contract Dates and Cost
All first-year students wanting to live in Southeast Tech's student housing are required to sign a contract for Fall and Spring semesters. The 2012-2013 housing contract starts on Saturday, August 25th, 2012 and ends on Friday, May 3rd, 2013. The cost is $4,600 for the entire contract ($2,300/semester).

Students who move in mid-year will be charged a pro-rated amount based on the actual check-in date.
