2013-2014 Contract Dates and Cost
All first-year students wanting to live in Southeast Tech's student housing are required to sign a contract for Fall and Spring semesters. The 2013-2014 housing contract starts on Saturday, August 24th, 2013 and ends on Friday, May 9th, 2014. The cost is $4,650 for the entire contract ($2,325/semester).

Students who move in mid-year will be charged a pro-rated amount based on the actual check-in date.
