Focus on What You’re Good At
A great way to find success is to focus on what you’re good at. Trying to figure out what you want to do when you grow up is a tall order, especially if you’re not sure what you’re interested in. A good rule of thumb is to identify where your strengths lie, and build on those. Research careers that will enhance your natural tendencies, and you are more likely to find success. Most high school counselors can also help you focus on a career path. According to Steve Jobs, Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Apple Inc. (the guy who introduced the iPod), “I was lucky… I found what I love to do early in life.”
