Transfer in Credits and Save Money
There’s a process called articulation that is set up in South Dakota for high school students to take advantage of. If your high school has an approved CTE program, there may be an articulation agreement. If you’ve passed an articulation-approved class with a B or better, they may be able to transfer in those credits, possibly bypassing a similar class and paying just $5 per credit. Check with the tech school you’re interested in to find out what transfers in for sure! If you’re transferring in from another college, university or tech school, make sure you bring an official transcript with you to give to Admissions. Articulation is honored at Southeast Tech and all other tech schools in South Dakota. Check with your high school to see if they have an articulation agreement.
