Nathan Stoltenburg

Nathan Stoltenburg joined Southeast Tech’s Construction Management department as in instructor in Fall 2020. He has 13 years of experience in the construction industry.

Prior to teaching, he started his own business - Stoltenburg Homes, LLC. His projects include residential and commercial projects. In the previous nine years, Nathan gained experience managing the GPS fleet, and doing scheduling and estimating for survey work. Coming from the industry, Nathan shares his extensive knowledge and organizational skills in the classroom and labs.

Nathan holds an associate degree from Southeast Tech in Civil Engineering Technology and is a licensed and bonded contractor.
