I.T. Support Center

The I.T. Support Center at Southeast Technical College provides on-site technical support and software support to all students. Hardware support is available to students with Southeast Tech laptops only. To get help from the I.T. Support Center, call, stop by or log in to TASKS using your Southeast Tech email address and password to request assistance.

Monday: 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. 
Tuesday: 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. 
Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. 
Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. 
Friday: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. 
Saturday: Closed 
Sunday: Closed 

After-hours support tickets are answered between 9-10 p.m. each night during the semester.

Summer/Semester Break Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
