Sarah DeHaai

Sarah DeHaai is a nursing instructor at Southeast Technical College’s Huron location. She has been teaching LPN and RN courses since September 2022.

Sarah has more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in long-term care, acute care, emergency care, clinic, home health, hospice, operating room and nursing administration.  She is very passionate about the nursing profession and enjoys incorporating her industry experience with hands-on learning in the lab and clinical settings.

She started her healthcare career in high school as a nursing assistant in a local nursing home. “I know how hard it is to be new to the field and grow into a professional nurse, so I’m excited to help students through this process and watch them grow,” Sarah said.
