Southeast Technical College recently partnered with Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons to host a “Driven Women” workshop – teaching interested girls ages 11-18 “how cars can take you where you want to go in life.”  The girls learned basic skills through hands-on activities that can be applied to personal car maintenance or automotive career tracks. Senior level Girl Scouts earned their Car Care badge by participating. The event was June 13 in the STC Automotive Technology lab.
