Dr. Jaci Kramer brings a deep passion for nursing education and student success to their role as Dean of Curriculum and Instruction. Since beginning with the organization in 2011 as an adjunct faculty member and advancing to full-time faculty in 2013, Dr. Kramer has been a driving force in shaping innovative, student-centered curriculum and fostering academic excellence across the Nursing division.
Holding both a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on education and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, Dr. Kramer is also a licensed registered nurse in South Dakota and Minnesota. Guided by a commitment to preparing practice-ready graduates and advancing the nursing profession, Dr. Kramer champions faculty development, curriculum innovation and evidence-based teaching strategies that respond to the evolving needs of healthcare and higher education.
