Mike Ebbing has held a variety of Human Resource positions since 2000. His teaching career began at Minnesota West in Pipestone, Minn., where he was an adjunct instructor teaching Human Relations.
Mike’s previous roles include Human Resources Manager and Vice President of Human Resources. In these positions he has gained knowledge in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment law, interpersonal relations and performance reviews. He enjoys incorporating this industry experience with classroom education to equip students to enter the workforce.
He believes in creating an atmosphere that is conducive to learning and encourages dialogue.
Mike's interest and community involvement include volunteering with: Garretson Community Ambulance as an EMT, Great Bear Ski Patrol and Board of Director member for the Brandon Area Soccer Association.
