Early Childhood Faculty, Scarbrough Center Staff Help Organize Provider Retreat

This month, the South Dakota Association of Child Care Directors is holding a summer retreat on the Southeast Technical College Campus. Two employees at the Scarbrough Center, Southeast Tech’s on-site childcare facility, Tami Skorczewski, Program Supervisor, and Robin Sjogren, Program Coordinator, have been instrumental in organizing the event. Loretta Leloux, STC’s Early Childhood Instructor, is also taking part in hosting and participating in a panel discussion.

“It is going to be great to have childcare providers from around the region on our campus,” said Leloux. “I’m exited to be able to showcase the fantastic facilities we have here at Southeast Tech and learn more about how we can assist the early childhood community in educating their employees.”
