Students and Staff Attend Casino Night

Nearly 50 students, faculty and staff attended the Student Government Association’s (SGA) Casino Night, held in April on the STC campus. 
Traditional casino games like blackjack and roulette were set up, and attendees were provided a free Bunco coupon, soda and water. SGA members provided information to attendees on how to get their starter chips. 

SGA contracted with Dakota Entertainment, and students and staff served as dealers.

“We had many students that attended last year attend again,” said SGA Advisor Elizabeth Harder. “Many felt they were now ‘seasoned’ after learning the rules last year.”

At the end of the evening, players turned their chips into raffle tickets and were able to place the tickets in a drawing to win prize packages.

"The event was a great way to end the semester," Harder said.
