Students Test Water Quality at Lake Lorraine

Julie Olson’s environmental science class was busy testing the water quality at Lake Lorraine in Sioux Falls. The 25 students conducted tests on dissolved oxygen, nitrates, phosphates, pH and clarity. When conclusions were drawn, the students wrote reports that were sent to owners at the lake.
