Southeast Tech works hand-in-hand with area organizations such as the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) to develop curriculum and work experience opportnunites for students seeking a direct path into the workforce.
Interested students interview with industry professionals - much like a job interview. If selected, students receive paid training including classroom instruction, lab construction and on-the-job training.
This program through Southeast Tech, the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and other industry partners gives teens age 16 or older an experiential environment to learn about the construction industry.
