Human Services Programs at Southeast Tech

Meeting human needs though knowledge, prevention and remediation is the basis of the human services field. At Southeast Tech, you can choose from two associate degree programs in human services that improve the overall quality of life for various populations: law enforcement and early childhood education.

The law enforcement science program at Southeast Technical College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, teaches aspects of investigating, constitutional and criminal law, report writing, firearms training and emergency vehicle operation. The early childhood program at STC in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, prepares students for a career where they will educate young children to promote their cognitive, physical, emotional and social development.
