Academic Advising & Registration

All new Southeast Technical College students are required to attend an Academic Advising and Registration (AAR) event prior to starting classes. This is where you will meet your advisor, register for classes and learn about campus resources.

New students who will be starting classes during the Spring 2026 semester should attend a Mini AAR session in November 2025, December 2025 or January 2026.

New students who will be starting classes during the Summer 2026 or Fall 2026 semesters will be invited to attend AAR in the spring, beginning in April 2026.

If you are a current Southeast Tech student and have attended an AAR Day in the past, you do not need to attend again. Instead, please contact your academic advisor to register next semester's classes.
