Fall Career Fairs Serve Hundreds of Students

This fall, the Southeast Technical College Career Services Office coordinated four Career Fairs that connected students with employers. In total, the LPN Career Fair, the Horticulture and Sports Turf Management Fair, the Construction and Industrial Technology and the Part-Time Job Fair served more than 350 students.

Career Services Coordinator Kelli Rogotzke says that participation from area employers was impressive.

“We have had great participation from industry with nearly 100 employers in attendance,” Rogotzke said. “It is so great to see students taking advantage of the opportunity to network with potential employers and to see connections being made.”

This spring, there are several more fairs in the works, including:

• Engineering and Mechatronics Career Fair
• Spring LPN Career Fair
• I.T. Career Fair
• Veterinary Technician Career Fair
• Health Careers Fair
