Admission Criteria

1 of the Following:  
  • HS GPA: 2.5 GPA - Algebra I and II “C” average or higher
  • HS GPA: 2.3 GPA - Algebra I and II “B” average or higher
  • GED: 550
  • ACT: 17
  • ACT Math: 16
  • SAT: 920–950
  • SAT Math: 430
  • College GPA: 2.0 GPA - Based on 12+ credits
  • Professional Discretion
If students do not meet one of the above requirements, they are required to take the Next-Generation ACCUPLACER: 
  • Writing: 240 
  • Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra and Statistics (QAS): 217

Southeast Technical Institute's Construction Management Technology program is a Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) program. You may purchase a laptop on your own or from the Southeast Tech Support Center.
