Admission Criteria
- HS GPA: 2.0
- GED: Sub-scores ≥ 145
- ACT: 18
- SAT: 960
- College GPA: 2.0 – Based on 9+ credits.
- Quantitative reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics (QAS): 210
- Writing: 230
Additional Program Requirements
Background Check and Drug Screen
A background check is required before program classes start. Drug screens may be required for healthcare students if a clinical affiliate has that requirement. See Health Handbook for details.

Technology Requirements
Southeast Technical College's Medical Assistant program is a Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) program. You may purchase a laptop on your own or from the Southeast Tech I.T. Support Center.
