How to Apply for Southeast Technical College Housing

Finalize Acceptance into Academic Program
Future Southeast Tech students must be officially accepted into an academic program to be eligible to apply for Housing.

Apply for Housing
The application for STC Housing is open.
First Come, First-Served: Applications received will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once housing is full, students will be added to a waitlist.

Housing Selection
Offers for Fall 2026 housing placements are currently being made.

Complete Housing Contract and Pay Deposit
Offers must be accepted with a paid deposit within two weeks of receiving the offer.

Complete Roommate Matching Survey
Placed students will be provided a link to roommate matching software.
Waitlist
Once STC Housing is full, students will be added to the waitlist. Should a slot become available in Housing, waitlisted students will be contacted with an offer. Rental amounts are prorated based on move-in date.
Important Dates and Deadlines
- April and May 2026: Contracts sent to students are due back to STC, and $500 deposit due.
- Mid-April and May 2026: Roommate matching begins.
- Late May and Early June 2026: Building, apartment and bedroom assignments finalized.
- End of May and Early June 2026: Students notified of placements and roommates.
- Mid-July 2026: Move-in times scheduled.
- August 16-24, 2026: Move-in week.
